Common questions

A purchase did not show up. Open Settings inside the game and tap Restore Purchases. Gem pouches and packs are delivered the moment Apple confirms the purchase; if your connection dropped, Restore Purchases finishes the delivery.

What is the grown-up check? Every purchase button asks a quick multiplication question first so children cannot buy things by accident. Answer it once and purchases stay unlocked for that play session.

Where is my progress saved? On your device. Deleting the app deletes the save.

Do I need an account? No. There is no sign-in. Game Center leaderboards use your existing Apple Game Center identity if you are signed in on the device.

Is there any randomness in packs? Every pack shows exactly what is inside before you buy. The weekly Premium Pack shows both of its two possible bundles up front and you receive one of the two.

Does the game need the internet? No. Dragonperch plays offline. Only purchases and Game Center need a connection.
